  Because of our role as an innovator in community association law, RB is one of the few firms in our region that reports delinquent assessments to the national credit bureaus.  We do this because we appreciate that assessments are the life-blood of any community association and we have found that reporting assessment debt to the national credit bureaus prompts responsible owners to pay their assessments on time.
